Nice to see you here! This is how to get started – it’s pretty easy….
- It’s highly recommended to go through each module in the order it’s presented in – for it all to make sense.
- If you’ve had no experience with hypnosis before – please DO watch the video “What is Hypnosis”.
- Some modules will consist of just a video, others will have attachments, audio tracks and PDFs you can download to keep.
- If you have any troubles along the way, or decide you need specific individual help please email helen@helenbartrom.co.nz
