In the Birth with Calm and Confidence course you will be expertly guided through a series of short video modules to help gain the tools to have the best possible birth experience regardless of what set of circumstances you face along the way.
This includes : specific breathwork, a variety of relaxation tools, guided visualisation, mindset work, deep relaxation, anchoring and fear release.
You’ll enjoy a total of 4.5 hours of tuition for you and your partner, PLUS: included is 10 audio tracks to practise with along with a folder of scripts, diagrams and handouts to make sure you understand what to do and how to do it.
